Evolution Barbera d'Asti DOCG

Evolution Barbera d'Asti is a red wine from the Barbera d'Asti DOCG appellation, produced by Famiglia Berta from 100% Barbera sourced from the Cerruta, Canfulet, and Glauda estate vineyards at 260 meters elevation on limestone soils with 30-year-old vines. Hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and fermented at 26-28°C in specialized vats. The wine is aged for 6 months in new French oak barriques (225L). Bottled in a 750ml bottle. The profile is full-bodied and creamy with plum, cherry, and hazelnut notes.
