Donnafugata Anthilia Sicilia DOC

Donnafugata Anthìlia is a white wine from the Sicilia DOC appellation, produced by Donnafugata from a proprietary blend dominated by Lucido (Catarratto) with Ansonica/Inzolia and international white varieties sourced from hilly vineyards at 200-600 meters elevation on clay loam soils. Grapes undergo soft pressing, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 14-16°C. The wine is aged for two months in stainless steel tanks, followed by two months bottle refinement. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is light-to-medium-bodied and vibrant with white peach, green apple, and citrus notes.
