Cinzano Prosecco DOC

Cinzano Prosecco is a sparkling wine from the Prosecco DOC appellation, produced by Cinzano from minimum 85% Glera with Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay sourced from Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Secondary fermentation occurs via the Charmat method in pressure-sealed autoclaves. Bottled at 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle with 20 g/L residual sugar and 5.5 g/L total acidity. The profile is light-bodied and dry with green apple, pear, and citrus notes.
