Chanson Pouilly-Fuissé AOC

Chanson Pouilly-Fuissé is a white Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Chanson from 100% Chardonnay sourced from selected plots in the communes of Solutré and Vergisson on steep east and south-east facing Jurassic clay-limestone slopes. Whole bunches undergo gentle pneumatic pressing followed by temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged for 13 months, partially in stainless steel vats and partially in French oak casks. Bottled at 13-13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is mineral-driven with white fruit and floral notes.
