Chanson Le Bastion Beaune Premier Cru AOC

Chanson Le Bastion Beaune Premier Cru is a red Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Chanson from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from a selection of Premier Cru estate parcels including Clos du Roi, Clos des Marconnets, Les Bressandes, Les Teurons, Champs Pimont, Clos des Mouches, and the monopole Clos des Fèves on Jurassic clay, marl, and limestone soils. Hand-harvested bunches undergo whole-bunch maceration and fermentation for approximately two weeks. The wine is aged for 14-18 months in French oak casks inside the Bastion fortress. Bottled at 13-13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is complex with red berry and floral notes.
