Chanson Chablis AOC

Chanson Chablis is a white Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Chanson from 100% Chardonnay sourced from south-facing hillside plots on Kimmeridgian limestone soils with chalk, clay, and fossilized marine oyster shells. Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing followed by maturation for 10-13 months primarily in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Bottled at 12.5-13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is steely and crisp with citrus, green apple, and mineral notes.
