Chanson Bourgogne Pinot Noir AOC

Chanson Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a red Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Chanson from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from selected vineyards in the Côte de Nuits and the Couchois hillsides in the southern Côte de Beaune on Jurassic limestone and clay soils. Hand-harvested bunches undergo traditional fermentation in thermo-regulated vats. The wine is aged for 9-12 months in French oak barrels inside the 15th-century Bastion fortress. Bottled at 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is fruit-forward with red berry and spice notes.
