Chanson Beaujolais-Villages AOP

Chanson Beaujolais-Villages is a red wine produced by Domaine Chanson from 100% Gamay sourced from select hillside vineyards in the northern sector of Beaujolais on decomposed schist, granite, and clay soils. Hand-harvested bunches undergo traditional semi-carbonic maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is aged for 9-12 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is vibrant and juicy with red berry and violet notes.
