Château Bonnet Rouge AOC Bordeaux

Château Bonnet Rouge is a red Bordeaux wine produced by Vignobles André Lurton from 17-19 year-old vines on clay-limestone and clay-siliceous hillside soils. The blend comprises 60-65% Merlot and 35-40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with a patented cap-breaking system. The wine is aged for 10-12 months in stainless steel tanks and select oak barrels. Bottled at 13-13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is smooth, supple, and fruit-forward with red berry and cedar notes.
