Hand-picked grapes undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 28-30°C for 12-15 days, with malolactic fermentation completed at 20°C. The wine is aged in seasoned wood barrels. Bottled at 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is full-bodied and velvety with plum, cherry, and blackberry notes.
