Product Story & Guide
Campoluce Chianti is a certified organic red wine from the Chianti DOCG appellation, produced by Sensi Vini from 70% Sangiovese and 30% complementary authorized red varieties sourced from hillside vineyards at 50-250 meters elevation on sandstone, limestone-marl, and clay schist soils with Galestro pebbles. Fermentation occurs for 10-12 days at 20-26°C in stainless steel using delestage and pumpover techniques, with 15-25 days post-fermentation maceration at 26-28°C. Malolactic fermentation is completed in steel. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks with micro-oxygenation and fine lees contact without oak. Bottled at 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is medium-bodied and velvety with strawberry, cherry, and violet notes.
The latest price of Campoluce Chianti DOCG in Kolkata is approximately ₹3250. Please note that actual retail prices may vary slightly across licensed vends and government outlets depending on local state excise taxes.
