Calvet Varietals Merlot IGP Pays d'Oc

Calvet Varietals Merlot is a red wine from the IGP Pays d'Oc appellation, produced by Maison Calvet from 100% Merlot sourced from clay-limestone and stony soils across the Languedoc-Roussillon plains. Grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by controlled fermentation at 28-30°C for 6-12 days. Bottled at 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is fruit-forward and smooth with red berry and plum notes.
