Product Story & Guide
Calvet Varietals Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine from the IGP Pays d'Oc appellation, produced by Maison Calvet from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from clay-limestone and stony gravelly soils across the Languedoc plains. Grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by controlled fermentation at 28-30°C with gentle pumping over. The wine is matured in inert tanks with subtle French oak integration. Bottled at 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is structured and aromatic with dark berry and spice notes.
