Calvet Rosé d'Anjou AOP

Calvet Rosé d'Anjou is a semi-sweet rosé wine from the Rosé d'Anjou AOP, produced by Maison Calvet from vineyards on clay, shale, and limestone soils. The blend comprises 60% Cabernet Franc, 20% Grolleau, and 20% Gamay. Grapes undergo short cold skin-contact maceration, followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats. Bottled at 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle with approximately 17 g/L residual sugar. The style is semi-sweet with peach, cherry, and strawberry notes.
