Calvet Grande Réserve Bordeaux Rouge AOC

Calvet Grande Réserve is a red wine from the Bordeaux Supérieur AOP, produced by Maison Calvet from a Merlot-dominant blend with Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from clay-limestone and sandy soils. Grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by 2-3 weeks of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is aged for 10-12 months in French oak barrels. Bottled at 13-14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is structured and oaked with red fruit and spice notes.
