Born Gold Junmai Daiginjo

Born Gold Junmai Daiginjo is a Japanese sake produced by Katoukichibee Shouten from 100% Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%, aged at -10°C for one year, unpasteurized until shipping (Namachozo), and non-charcoal filtered (Muroka). Bottled at 15% ABV in a 720ml bottle with SMV +1.0 to +2.0 and acidity 1.6. The profile is smooth and fruit-forward with green apple, melon, and peach notes.
