B From Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc Bordeaux AOC

"The B" From Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine from the Bordeaux AOC, sourced from the Entre-Deux-Mers sub-region on clay-limestone and alluvial sand soils. The wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with occasional small percentages of Sémillon depending on vintage. Grapes undergo brief cold skin maceration, followed by low-temperature fermentation at 16-18°C in stainless steel vats. The wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks without oak. Bottled at 12-12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is crisp and aromatic with citrus and herbal notes.
