Albert Bichot Château de Varennes Beaujolais-Villages AOC

Albert Bichot Château de Varennes Beaujolais-Villages is a red wine from the Beaujolais-Villages AOC, produced by Maison Albert Bichot from 100% Gamay sourced from south-facing hillside vineyards surrounding the 11th-century Château de Varennes on granite and silica-based soils. Grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in open vats for approximately 10 days. The wine is aged for 6-7 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled at 13.5-14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is fresh and fruity with floral and red berry notes.
