Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc

Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc is a South African white wine from the Western Cape, crafted by winemaker Elize Coetzee from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It is bottled between 12% and 13.1% ABV with 6.35 g/L acidity, 3.26 pH, and 6.8 g/L residual sugar, available in 750ml size. The flavour profile features green fig, ripe gooseberry, flinty tropical fruits, fresh grassiness, ripe granadilla, lime zest, and green apple.
