Robertson Sauvignon Blanc

Robertson Winery Sauvignon Blanc is a South African white wine from Robertson Valley, crafted by winemaker Rianco van Rooyen from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It is fermented at 11°C to 12°C in stainless steel tanks. It is bottled at 12.77% ABV with 5.93 g/L acidity, 3.5 pH, and 2.3 g/L residual sugar, available in 750ml size. The flavour profile features sweet-grass accent, crisp green apple, bell pepper, tropical fruits, passion fruit, gooseberry, and juicy green apple.
