100% Verdejo from 20-year-old trellised vines on alluvial terrace soils at 690 meters altitude, yielding 8,000 kg/ha. Hand-picked grapes undergo temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation with no oak contact. Limited production of approximately 20,000 bottles per vintage. Features 12.5% ABV and contains sulfites.
