100% Gewürztraminer from hillside vineyard plots around Bergheim, predominantly clay and limestone soils. Whole grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and undergo 12-24 hour cold static settling before temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation. Wine ages on fine lees for 5 months. Features 13.5% ABV, 8-11.5 g/L residual sugar, contains sulfites, and is certified organic (Ecocert), vegan, and gluten-free.
