Gatão Vinho Verde White

Medium-dry white wine from the Vinho Verde region, produced from a traditional blend of Azal, Pedernã (Arinto), Trajadura, Avesso, and Loureiro grapes grown on granitic soils with Atlantic influence. Whole grapes are pressed with cold static decantation for 24-48 hours, fermented at 14-16°C for 10-15 days, and aged on fine lees for at least 2 months. Features 9% ABV, 6.3 g/l total acidity, 15 g/l reducing sugar, and contains sulfites.
