It is bottled at 9% to 9.5% ABV with 33 to 38 g/L residual sugar and 6 to 7.5 g/L acidity, available in 750ml size. The flavour profile features Granny Smith green apples, ripe Meyer lemon, white floral elements, light minerals, orchard apples, citrus flesh, and white peach.
