Ultimate Provence UP Rosé Côtes de Provence

Blend of 30% Cinsault, 30% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah, and 10% Rolle (Vermentino) from shallow schist soils. Grapes are harvested at night, pneumatically pressed, cold settled, and fermented at 16-18°C in stainless steel, followed by brief aging on fine lees. Features 13% ABV, certified organic/in-conversion, and contains sulfites.
