Tua Rita Tierre Toscana IGT

Tua Rita Tierre is a red wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Azienda Agricola Tua Rita from 95% Merlot and 5% Alicante Bouschet sourced from clayey soils with significant pebble fraction on the Colline Metallifere zone. Grapes are manually harvested in 15kg cases, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. The wine is matured for approximately 12 months primarily in stainless steel tanks, with a small portion occasionally seeing neutral French oak. Bottled at 13.5-14.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Annual production is approximately 25,000 bottles. The profile is rustic and vibrant with cherry, blackberry, and earthy notes.
