Tua Rita Palazzetto Rosso Toscana IGT

Tua Rita Palazzetto Rosso is a red wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Azienda Agricola Tua Rita from a Sangiovese-dominant blend with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah sourced from clayey soils with significant pebble fraction on the Colline Metallifere zone. Short temperature-controlled skin-contact maceration and fermentation occur in stainless steel. The wine is aged for 9 months exclusively in stainless steel tanks without oak. Bottled at 13.5-14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Annual production is approximately 80,000 bottles. The profile is vibrant and fruit-forward with sour cherry and red berry notes.
