Tua Rita Giusto di Notri Toscana IGT

Tua Rita Giusto di Notri is a red wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Azienda Agricola Tua Rita from a Bordeaux blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc sourced from clayey soils with significant pebble fraction, rich in minerals and pink marble. Grapes are manually harvested in 15kg cases, followed by 15 days fermentation and 25 days skin-contact maceration with frequent pumpovers in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is aged for 18-20 months in French oak barriques (new and once-used), followed by 6 months bottle refinement. Bottled at 14.5-15% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is full-bodied and refined with black fruit and spice notes.
