Title Tua Rita Rosso dei Notri Toscana IGT

Tua Rita Rosso dei Notri is a red wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Azienda Agricola Tua Rita from a blend of 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, and 10% Cabernet Franc sourced from clayey soils with high stone content on the Colline Metallifere zone. Grapes are manually harvested in 15kg cases, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. The wine is aged for approximately 6 months in unlined cement tanks. Bottled at 13.5-14.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is plush and fruit-forward with black fruit and spice notes.
