Soro Toscana Rosso IGT

Soro Toscana Rosso is a red wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Sensi Vini from a Sangiovese-dominant blend with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot sourced from hilly vineyards up to 500 meters elevation in Florence, Pistoia, and Siena on sandstone, limestone-marly, clay shale, and sand soils with galestro pebbles. Grapes undergo soft crushing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration. The wine is aged unoaked in temperature-controlled tanks. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is fruit-forward and medium-bodied with red cherry and berry notes.
