Soro Toscana Bianco IGT

Soro Toscana Bianco is a white wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Sensi Vini from a blend of Trebbiano, Chardonnay, and Malvasia with occasional Fiano sourced from hillside vineyards up to 500 meters elevation in Montalbano on sandstone, limestone-marl, clay shale, and sand soils with galestro pebbles. Grapes undergo soft pneumatic pressing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation of clean must in stainless steel vats. The wine is aged unoaked in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is crisp and refreshing with orchard fruit and floral notes.
