Solo Roberto Rosato

Solo Roberto Le Rosé is an Italian rosé wine produced from a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot. Grapes undergo brief cold skin maceration to extract pale pink color, followed by immediate pneumatic pressing and cold temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. The wine is aged unoaked in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at 12-12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is dry, light-bodied, and fruit-forward with strawberry and raspberry notes.
