Sensi Collezione Vermentino Toscana IGT

Sensi Collezione Vermentino is a white wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Vermentino sourced from coastal or low-lying hillside plots at 0-100 meters elevation on sandy and marly-arenaceous soils with clayey and calcareous schists. Traditional white vinification occurs without skins, with cold-must clarification and fermentation at 14-18°C using selected yeasts. The wine is aged unoaked in stainless steel tanks with periodic bâtonnage on fine lees. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is crisp and aromatic with stone fruit and tropical notes.
