Sensi Collezione Shiraz Terre Siciliane IGT

Sensi Collezione Shiraz is a red wine from the Terre Siciliane IGT appellation, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Shiraz sourced from southwestern Sicily on medium-textured clayey soils. Grapes undergo fermentation with skin maceration lasting 10-12 days at 20-22°C. The wine is matured for 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by a minimum of 3 months bottle aging. Bottled at 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is medium-bodied and aromatic with plum, berry, and spice notes.
