Product Story & Guide
Sensi Collezione Sangiovese is a red wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Sangiovese sourced from hilly, loose, deep soils rich in marine fossils and fragments with clayey and sandy schists at 50-150 meters elevation. Alcoholic fermentation occurs over 12-15 days at 20-24°C, followed by 10 days maceration at 27-28°C in stainless steel using pumping over and delestage. Complete malolactic fermentation is followed by racking and sulphiting. The wine is aged on fine lees with micro-oxygenation for approximately 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is medium-bodied and velvety with plum and rose petal notes.
The latest price of Sensi Collezione Sangiovese Toscana IGT in Kolkata is approximately ₹2190. Please note that actual retail prices may vary slightly across licensed vends and government outlets depending on local state excise taxes.
