Sensi Collezione Rosato Toscana IGT (Tua Rosa)

Sensi Collezione Rosato Toscana is a rosé wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Sangiovese sourced from hilly arenaceous soils rich in marine fossils at 100 meters elevation. Rosé vinification features short cold skin maceration of destemmed grapes directly in the press, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 14-17°C using selected yeasts. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks with regular bâtonnage on fine lees. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is fresh and aromatic with grapefruit, rose, and citrus notes.
