Scaia Corvina Red Wine

Scaia Corvina is a red wine from the Veneto IGT appellation, produced by Tenuta Sant'Antonio from 100% Corvina sourced from chalky gravel-limestone soils at 200-300 meters elevation. Grapes undergo de-stemming with light cold skin maceration, followed by gentle pressing and controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel with weekly bâtonnage until malolactic fermentation is complete. Bottled at 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle with a glass stopper closure. The profile is medium-bodied and floral with red berry and violet notes.
