Gatão Vinho Rosé

Medium-dry rosé wine crafted from typical Portuguese grape varieties. Grapes undergo brief skin maceration for color extraction, followed by gentle pressing, cold static decantation for 24-48 hours, and fermentation at 14-16°C for 10-15 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages on fine lees for at least 2 months before sterile bottling. Features 10.5% ABV, 5.1 g/l total acidity, 15 g/l reducing sugar, and contains sulfites.
