Ventisquero Clásico Cabernet Sauvignon

Blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah from granitic, stony, highly permeable soils. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 26-28°C; 30% aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by 6 months bottle aging. Features 12.5% ABV, 4.02 g/l total acidity, 3.8 g/l residual sugar, and contains sulfites.
