Undurraga U Cabernet Sauvignon

Regional blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah from sedimentary, well-drained valley floor soils. Grapes are destemmed, softly pressed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 28-30°C for 7 days, followed by short maceration and 2-5 months of gentle oak contact. Features 13.5% ABV and contains sulfites.
