Trapiche Oak Cask Malbec

Trapiche Oak Cask Malbec is an Argentine red wine from Trapiche Winery, crafted from 100% Malbec grapes grown in the Andes foothills. It is aged 9 to 12 months in a combination of French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels. It is bottled between 13.5% and 14% ABV with 5.4 to 5.85 g/L acidity, 3.68 to 3.70 pH, and 2.7 to 4.05 g/L residual sugar, available in 750ml size. The flavour profile features wild blackberries, ripe plums, black cherries, smoke, black pepper, sweet vanilla, dark berry flavors, cocoa, truffles, wood spices, and chewy oak tannins.
