Silk & Spice Red Blend is a Portuguese red wine from Sogrape Vinhos, crafted from a blend of Touriga Nacional (35%), Alicante Bouschet (35%), Baga (15%), and Syrah/Tinta Roriz (15%). It undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages 6 to 12 months in American oak barrels. It is bottled at 13.5% ABV with 5.5 g/L acidity, 3.5 pH, and 15 g/L residual sugar, available in 750ml size. It has earned 90+ "Best Buy" ratings from Wine Enthusiast. The flavour profile features cooked blackberries, dark plum, vanilla, mocha, white chocolate, black pepper, vanilla custard, dark fruit, and sweet spice.
