Southern Rhône blend of 70-80% Grenache with Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvèdre from vines averaging over 50 years of age on stony plateaus of rolled clay-limestone pebbles and red sandy clay. Hand-harvested, partially destemmed, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, and aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Features 15% ABV, certified organic (Agriculture Biologique), and contains sulfites.
