Organic blend of Viognier (47%), Grenache Blanc (21%), Roussanne (18%), Clairette (9%), and Marsanne (5%) from clay-limestone and alluvial soils. Hand-picked at maturity, whole bunch pressed, fermented at low temperature for 2 weeks in thermo-regulated tanks. Aged 6 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees. Features 13% ABV, certified Agriculture Biologique, and contains sulfites.
