Nederburg Pinotage

Nederburg Pinotage is a South African red wine from Nederburg Wines, crafted by winemaker Zinaschke Steyn from predominantly Pinotage (typically 97%) with Grenache or Petit Verdot. It is fermented in stainless steel and matured 12 to 15 months in French and American oak. It is bottled between 14% and 14.4% ABV with 5.76 g/L acidity, 3.50 pH, and 4.50 to 4.62 g/L residual sugar, available in 750ml size. The flavour profile features blueberry, plum compote, cinnamon spice, vanilla, floral perfume, black cherry, and smoky mocha.
