Traditional blend of 92% Tempranillo and 8% Mazuelo. Hand-harvested grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation below 29°C for 10 days, followed by 20-day skin maceration. Aged minimum 24 months in American oak barrels and 12 months in bottle prior to release. Features 14% ABV, 2.2 g/L residual sugar, and contains sulfites.
