100% Malbec from clay, limestone, and gravel soils in Mediterranean and Pyrenean climatic zones. Produced with a 5-day cold pre-fermentary maceration followed by 8-day vatting with temperature-controlled fermentation. Features 13% ABV, contains sulfites, and is part of the Protect Planet sustainability program.
