100% Pinot Noir, fermented in stainless steel with a portion aged in oak; bottled at 13.5% to 14% ABV in 750ml. Light-to-medium bodied with supple tannins, offering red berry fruit (cherry, strawberry, raspberry), plum, vanilla, dried spices, and subtle smoky oak notes.
