Polini Prosecco DOC

Polini Prosecco is a sparkling wine from the Prosecco DOC appellation, produced by Polini Group from 100% Glera sourced from the Treviso province. Soft pressing of manually harvested grapes is followed by primary fermentation under temperature-controlled settings using selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation occurs via the Charmat method in pressurized steel autoclaves. Bottled at 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The style is Extra Dry with a light-bodied and crisp profile featuring golden apple and pear notes.
