Picollo Ernesto Gavi DOCG

Picollo Ernesto Gavi is a white wine from the Gavi DOCG appellation, produced by Picollo Ernesto from 100% Cortese sourced from 20-year-old vines on dry marly-clay soils at 250-260 meters elevation. Hand-harvested grapes in mid-September undergo temperature-controlled fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks, followed by short bottle refinement. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is crisp and medium-bodied with green apple, pear, and floral notes.
